Do I need to buy another chain?

No. This page is for customers who already bought a chain. The offer is a custom pendant upgrade.

What custom details are required?

Photo and Memorial pendants require a photo. Name pendants require a name, with up to 8 letters. Base price includes 1-4 letters; the 5th-8th letter adds extra charge.

Can I add engraving?

Yes. Back engraving is an optional pendant upgrade and is saved with the order.

What does the VIP code apply to?

The page stores the VIP code and estimated discount with the order. Final discount handling still follows the Shopify discount setup at checkout.
