How does the custom pendant process work?

Choose a product, upload a photo or enter a name, select color, shape, size, chain, and upgrades, then review the custom details in the Cart Drawer before checkout.

Can I see a preview before checkout?

Yes. The product page shows a lightweight preview so you can check the direction before adding the item to cart.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Use a clear photo with the face or subject visible. Low-quality or blurry photos may affect the final pendant result.

Can I crop or adjust my photo?

Yes. The Custom Photo Pendant flow lets you crop, zoom, and position the photo before previewing the pendant.

How many letters can I use for a name pendant?

Name pendants support up to 8 letters. Custom name orders are made exactly as entered. Emoji and special characters are not supported.

Can I change the spelling after ordering?

Name pendants are made exactly as entered. Contact support immediately if you notice a mistake. Changes are not guaranteed after order review.

Does gold color mean solid gold?

No. Gold color is an appearance choice. Solid gold is only included when a product explicitly says so.

Does silver color mean 925 silver?

No. Silver color is a finish choice. 925 silver is a separate material upgrade when available.

What is a moissanite upgrade?

Moissanite is a premium stone upgrade for stronger sparkle and higher perceived value. It is shown as a paid upgrade before Add to Cart when available.

Should I choose Standard or Oversized?

Choose Standard for most daily wear and gifts. Choose Oversized for a bolder look and pair it with a stronger chain.

Is a chain included?

Every custom pendant includes a matching basic chain. Premium Cuban, Rope, or Tennis chains can be selected as upgrades when offered.

How long does production take?

Initial pieces usually take 3-5 business days before shipping, Custom Name pieces usually take 5-10 business days, and Custom Photo pieces usually take 7-12 business days.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number or email. The status can show review, production, quality check, shipped, and delivered states when available.

Can custom items be returned?

Custom items are made for your submitted details, so they generally cannot be returned for preference changes. Quality issues are handled under the store policy.

What if my pendant arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support with your order number and photos. Production errors or damage are handled separately from preference-based returns.
