How long does custom production take?
Initial pieces usually take 3-5 business days, Custom Name pieces usually take 5-10 business days, and Custom Photo pieces usually take 7-12 business days before shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production starts unless there is a production error or damage.
What photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, bright JPG or PNG where the subject is easy to crop.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom items are not returnable once production starts unless there is a production error or damage.
Can I use a logo or celebrity image?
You must have the right to use any image, logo, or design you submit.
Are ready-to-ship items custom?
No. Ready-to-ship items use standard variants and do not require name or photo customization.
Do ready-to-ship items ship faster?
Ready-to-ship processing is faster than custom production. Delivery time depends on shipping method and destination.

Can I change spelling after checkout?
Contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after order review, and cannot be made once production starts.
